Thank you to all of the folks who turned out last night, despite the frigid temps and blowing snow, to enjoy a wonderful evening of music at the Gordon Hall Concert Series. We enjoyed sharing the stage with our friends Jack Rollins, Jim Heacox, and Brielle Stoval. We also wish Steven Jackson and the members of the Jim Twist Band a speedy recovery from the injuries they suffered in a car accident that they were involved in on the way to the show! Yowza!
Here’s a clip of one of our favorites during the evening. You can find more on our “Videos and Pictures” page (click the link to the right).
We’re taking part in a great folk event this coming Friday, January 25, and let’s face it, there is NO better way to spend a chilly, winter evening than enjoying live music! It’s good for the soul.
Join us as we share the stage with other local and regional musicians including:
- Jack Rollins
- Jim Heacox
- Brielle Stoval
- The Jim Twist Band
- Steven Jackson
First Baptist Church
Corner of Park Avenue and Salibury Street
7-9 PM (Doors open at 6:30)
We’ve been invited to be one of the featured acts at the upcoming open mic to be held at First Baptist Church (Corner of Park and Salisbury Streets in Worcester – next to WPI) on Friday, January 25th. The show starts at 7 and goes until 9. We’ll be playing a short set (20 minutes or so), but look forward to a big crowd to RedRock along with us! Word is that the last open mic drew a couple hundred folks. There will also be press coverage. Is this the big time?! 🙂
More gigs are in the works. Stay tuned and we’ll post ’em as we know ’em.
Happy New Year, everyone!
